100% refund for cancellations made up to 10 nights before arrival (minus Stripe processing fees).

⚠️Exception – Force Majeure for Direct Bookings:
If your transportation to the island is cancelled, or if you are unable to travel due to a medically certified illness, the amount already paid may be applied as credit toward a future stay at the same property, valid for up to 12 months from the original reservation date.
In case of unforeseen and significant circumstances that make your reserved accommodation unavailable, we will offer you an equivalent or superior alternative at no additional cost.

At Canary Rooms, we manage holiday homes, so cleaning and linen changes aren’t included during your stay. All apartments are provided with a private-use washing machine. The price covers final cleaning after you leave.

⏱️ Please note that while the car journey via the highway takes approximately 35 minutes, the total time from landing to arriving at the resort usually ranges between ⌛ 90 minutes and 2 hours. This is due to airport procedures such as transfer from the aircraft to the terminal, security and document control, baggage collection, hiring a car or waiting the bus or transfer, as well as the type of transportation you choose and the traffic.

BUS
Line 91 is the fastest –> 60 minutes
Line 01 is like the milkman –> 90 minutes or more.
You can buy the ticket from the driver and pay cash/card.
Both lines will drop you off at the main roundabout from Playa del Cura, in front of the Spar supermarket, close to the Taxi stop.
From there, it’s just a 100-meter walk uphill on a short, steep road.
Some guests prefer to take a taxi up the hill due to their luggage — the fare is usually under €5.
We do not have a dedicated storage room for bicycles, but you can safely leave them on your private terrace of 18 m².
At Monseñor, there are several elevators, wide open corridors, and stairs, so please keep this in mind.
Feel free to ask us any questions you may have—we’ll be happy to assist you.
We manage privately-owned holiday homes, and therefore, we do not have a luggage storage room or staff available. However, we can offer a much more comfortable alternative: if your departure is later than 11:00 AM, please ask us about our Late Check-Out Service, subject to availability. For a supplement of €35, you may remain in the apartment and continue enjoying all the facilities until 6:00 PM, whenever possible.
All beds will be made up with linens upon your arrival at the accommodation, and we provide hand, bath, and beach towels too.
There is a washing machine for your private use at the apartment.

Please note that streaming services like Netflix, Chromecast, or other external sources are not available, as the system does not support them.
Insects
In subtropical climates like in the Canary Islands, warmth and humidity favor the presence of insects. This does not reflect a lack of hygiene, but is part of the natural balance.
At our resort, we carry out regular fumigations in the gardens and inside the apartments, yet you may occasionally see an insect.
They come from the gardens and are harmless. 🌿
