PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:
Canary Rooms is not responsible for any reservation that was not confirmed by email.
Please carefully review the details of your reservation as soon as it is confirmed. If there is any error or anomaly, please report it immediately.
Canary Rooms confirms a reservation upon receipt of an advance payment of €100 by bank transfer.
This advance is taken into account in the balance pending payment.
If this is your first booking with us, you will need to transfer the balance at least ten days before arrival.
If you are a regular guest, you can pay the balance in cash upon arrival.

The guest will request by email the bank account to pay the balance, at least ten days before arrival. 

Remember that the payment of the remaining amount must have already been formalized on those days and will be essential to check-in.

CANCELLATIONS:
Reservation advanced payment:

If a reservation is canceled by a guest:
a) more than 14 days before arrival, Canary Rooms returns the advance payment to the guest (except €5 for management fees).
b) with less than 14 days before arrival, Canary Rooms retains the entire advance payment.

Payment completed:
c) if the guest has already paid the total via transfer, and cancels their reservation more than 14 days before arrival, Canary Rooms will return the total payment (except €5 for management fees).

d) if the guest has already paid the total and cancels less than 14 days before their scheduled arrival, Canary Rooms will return 75% of the total paid and will keep the remaining 25% as damages.

Through our website, we provide an online platform through which we offer various apartments, and visitors to the website can make reservations.

By making a reservation through Canary Rooms you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the accommodation you have booked. From the moment you make your reservation, the website acts solely as an intermediary between you and the accommodation and sends you a confirmation email on behalf of the accommodation.

Our services are for personal, non-commercial use only. Therefore, it is not permitted to resell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce the content, information, software, products, or services available on our site. web. website for any commercial or competitive activity.

Our service is free. We do not charge for our service nor do we add (reservation) supplements to the price of the accommodation. Our commission is applied directly to the final price charged by the accommodation.

It is necessary to remember that in the event of any incident that may delay your arrival, you must contact the accommodation to confirm it, whenever it affects the agreed arrival time.

If it is 9:15 p.m. local time on the day of your arrival and you do not show up, nor have you been notified by email or WhatsApp of any incident, it will be considered a no-show, losing any rights.

In no case may several people greater than the places listed in the reservation be admitted, with Canary Rooms reserving the right of non-admission, or, where appropriate, of eviction.

If Canary Rooms is forced by force majeure to cancel the reservation made by the client, the full amount of the money deposited into the account will be returned.

At all times, the Client is fully responsible for all the data provided to Canary Rooms and its veracity, including their data and those relating to the number of people who will occupy the accommodation (including children regardless of their age).

The Client undertakes to communicate as soon as possible and always during the stay, to Canary Rooms any irregularity or deficiency that may be found in the accommodation.

Canary Rooms will solve any anomaly or deficiency in a short period and will even proceed to change ownership if it considers it appropriate, whenever possible and the stated causes are proven.

Any claim made by the Client after leaving the property will not be attended to because it lacks the most basic criteria that can process the claim.

The guest agrees to respect the rules of the house and the reservation, and failure to respect them will be grounds for eviction.

Out of respect for the rest of those staying in the resort or neighbors, an atmosphere of silence must be maintained from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Please note that smoking is not allowed, pets are not allowed, parties and/or events, barbecues or bonfires cannot be held, nor can the number of people in the reservation be exceeded.

In case of early departure of the client, there is no type of refund of the amount paid for the stay.
