La Playa y el pequeño Centro Comercial donde encontrarás supermercado, varios restaurantes, farmacia y cajero automático están tan solo a 200 metros bajando la colina donde se encuentran los Apartamentos Monseñor, de ahí nuestras maravillosas Vistas al Mar, a tener en cuenta hay que bajar y luego subir la cuesta.
Servicios y zonas comunes
Varias piscinas, una de ellas está climatizada y también dispone de un Bar, como un Restaurante en la zona baja de piscinas.
Peluquería y pequeña tienda de alimentos.
Fuera del complejo hay plazas públicas y gratuitas para estacionar su automóvil.

I ´ve written an email to your email adress yesterday.
I´am at Airbnb with my 12 apartments too.
Outside of the resort on the street there are public and free places to park.
I´m creating this website, which is still in progress, so I’m still working on it.
Casa Ingrid is available from December 9 to 20, 2025.
The final price if you book through Canary Rooms is :
1.214€ plus final cleaning 70€ plus the Tourist tax ( 3,30€ ) Total : 1.287,30€
Terms for direct reservations:
100€ must be transfered through the bank when booking, and the balance should be paid in cash upon arrival.
Cancel Policy:
If you cancel with more than 14 nights in advance of your arrival, I will refund the 100€ deposit
If you cancel with less than 14 nights in advance of your arrival, I will keep that deposit.
If you wish you can book also through Airbnb, but the price there is higher due to the commissions from the platform.

1 night at 102€
Final cleaning at 70€
Tourist tax 0,15€ per person / night
Total : 1.165,30€
